Please join me in congratulating Mandy Ortiz who successfully defended her dissertation titled, "Three Essays on Consumer Devotion", on March 14, 2008. Dr. Ortiz receives her Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloose. She is joining the faculty at University of San Francisco.
