For minority students in full-time doctoral programs at AACSB-accredited business schools, The PhD Project represents such sustenance. In fact, the traditionally high dropout rate among the business Ph.D. population is less than 5 percent among those affiliated with our Minority Doctoral Student Associations (DSAs).

We invite individuals who have been admitted into, or are already enrolled in a qualified program to join our DSAs (Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Management or Marketing), and discover a sense of connection and the inspiration to sustain their commitment.
